    Call the duty officer

    Give your full name, your passport number if you have it, your location and what has happened.

  2. 02

    Tell us who else to inform

    Family, a lawyer or your employer. With your consent we keep them updated.

  3. 03

    We attend and follow up

    We visit where permitted, liaise with the local authorities, and stay with your case until it is resolved.

  4. 04

    What we cannot do

    We cannot pay fines or legal fees, secure your release, or interfere in another country's courts.
