A State Visit has reaffirmed the enduring partnership between the Republic of Kenya and the United Kingdom, with both sides committing to expand cooperation across trade, investment, education, security and the responsible adoption of technology.

The President of the Republic of Kenya and the host government oversaw the signing of a package of agreements and a renewed strategic partnership framework, with a strong emphasis on private-sector investment, green growth and skills. The two countries also reaffirmed cooperation on regional stability and migration handled with dignity.

The Kenya High Commission in London supported the programme, which included engagements with investors, the Kenyan diaspora and academic institutions. Further details are available from the High Commission.
