Notarial & authentication services
Witnessing, notarising and certifying affidavits, powers of attorney and declarations at your mission.
Who this is for
Kenyans abroad who need a document witnessed, sworn or certified by a consular officer acting as a notary - for example a power of attorney, an affidavit, a statutory declaration or a certified copy.
The officer confirms your identity and witnesses your signature. They do not draft the document for you or give legal advice on its contents.

- You sign in the officer's presence and the consular seal is applied.

If something goes wrong, or you need help
If you are detained, hospitalised, or in immediate danger, do not wait for the form - call the consular emergency line. For questions about an application already submitted, contact the mission directly.
