Police Clearance Certificate
Facilitation of the DCI Certificate of Good Conduct for Kenyans living abroad.
Who this is for
Kenyans abroad who need a Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations - often for work, residency, study or adoption applications in their host country.
You apply on eCitizen and have your fingerprints captured at your mission on the official C24 form, which is then sent to the DCI in Nairobi.

What happens after you apply
The step most sites skip - so you know what to expect and don't need to call.

If something goes wrong, or you need help
If you are detained, hospitalised, or in immediate danger, do not wait for the form - call the consular emergency line. For questions about an application already submitted, contact the mission directly.
