The Cabinet Secretary for Foreign & Diaspora Affairs set out Kenya’s approach to partnerships rooted in ownership, dignity and shared value.
The Cabinet Secretary for Foreign & Diaspora Affairs has issued a statement setting out Kenya’s approach to international cooperation, anchored in partnerships that respect local ownership, protect national interests and deliver shared value.
The statement reaffirmed Kenya’s commitment to multilateralism, regional integration and an integration-era posture that affirms scale and connection across the African continent. Cooperation, the Cabinet Secretary noted, must strengthen institutions and capability rather than create dependence.
The Ministry reaffirmed that Kenya’s diplomacy serves the Kenyan people first - protecting them abroad, opening opportunity and projecting the country’s image with confidence.
