What to bring
- The original certificate plus a clear copy
- Your ID or passport
- Proof of the fee payment
- Prior endorsement by the issuing institution where required
How it works
- 1Submit the original and a copy online on eCitizen, or at your mission.
- 2Staff verify the issuing institution and confirm the seal and signature are genuine.
- 3The attestation stamp is applied and the file is logged.
- 4Collect the attested certificate, or have it returned by courier where offered.
