Who it is for

The certificate holder, or an authorised representative carrying a signed authority letter and a copy of your ID.

What to bring

  • The original certificate plus a clear copy
  • Your ID or passport
  • Proof of the fee payment
  • Prior endorsement by the issuing institution where required

How it works

  1. 1Submit the original and a copy online on eCitizen, or at your mission.
  2. 2Staff verify the issuing institution and confirm the seal and signature are genuine.
  3. 3The attestation stamp is applied and the file is logged.
  4. 4Collect the attested certificate, or have it returned by courier where offered.
