Replace a lost, stolen or damaged passport
If your passport is lost or stolen, report it and apply for a replacement on eCitizen. If you must travel urgently, an Emergency Travel Document may be issued instead.

What to bring
- A police report where the passport was lost or stolen
- Your national ID or a copy of the lost passport
- Proof of the eCitizen fee payment
How it works
- 1Report the loss to the local police and obtain a report.
- 2Apply for a replacement on eCitizen and pay the fee.
- 3Attend your mission for biometrics.
- 4Collect the replacement, or request an Emergency Travel Document if you must travel first.
