A direct annual exemption from VAT on telephone and internet, electricity, water and security services is granted to missions and agents on a reciprocal basis.

Diplomatic missions and diplomatic agents.

How it works

  1. 1Apply on IPMIS under Zero-rated Annual VAT processing.
  2. 2Attach a copy of the agreement with the service provider.
  3. 3Protocol processes the annual exemption on a reciprocal basis.

Conditions and notes

  • VAT exemption on water bills applies only to customers of Runda Water Services.
