Privileges, immunities and accreditation - administered through IPMIS

The Protocol Directorate manages diplomatic privileges through the Integrated Protocol Management Information System (IPMIS). New missions register here; accredited missions log in to transact. Payments are made on eCitizen.

First time? Follow the five steps below. Already registered? Log in with the credentials issued to your mission's IPMIS operator.

Getting set up

How a mission gets onto IPMIS

Registration is done by the Protocol Directorate. A mission cannot self-register at the login screen - start with a request, and Protocol opens your accounts.

2

Protocol verifies

The Directorate confirms accreditation and registers your institution on IPMIS.

3

Appoint an operator

Nominate one staff member to run the IPMIS account; member accounts are opened.

4

Register on eCitizen
